Role and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities.
Define migration strategy, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.
Coordinate with business and technical teams for data extraction and loading.
Work on migration tools such as SAP BODS, LSMW, LTMC, or Migration Cockpit.
Ensure data quality and successful cutover execution.
Prepare migration documentation and status reports.
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree.
7+ years of SAP data migration experience.
Experience in SAP ECC/S4HANA migration projects.
Strong understanding of master and transactional data migration.
Expertise in migration tools and data validation processes.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
