We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay (CVP) Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
Role and Responsibilities:
Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
Gather business requirements and configure compensation cycles, bonus plans, guidelines, and eligibility rules.
Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to optimize processes.
Perform testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Support integrations with Employee Central and third-party systems.
Prepare functional specifications and user documentation.
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree.
7+ years of SAP HR / SuccessFactors experience.
Minimum 2+ end-to-end implementations in Compensation & Variable Pay.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
