Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth for Outline Media. This role is ideal for someone who understands sales, client communication, lead generation, and opportunity conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and follow-ups
Present Outline Media’s branding, advertising, digital marketing, and web solutions
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, presentations, and client requirements
Maintain sales pipeline, follow-up reports, and lead status updates
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good client handling and relationship-building ability
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
Experience in advertising, media, digital marketing, branding, or real estate sales is preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
