Sensex, Nifty flat; IT stocks gain, metal, pharma drag
On the sectoral front, capital goods, consumer durables, IT, oil & gas added 0.5-1 percent, while metal, power, telecom, pharma shed 0.5-1 percent. Bharat Electronics, Tech Mahindra, Reliance Industries, Eternal and Trent were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Sun Pharma, ONGC, Coal India, UltraTech Cement and Dr Reddy’s Labs.
