Roles & Responsibilities:
Content Creation
Produce high-quality written content for various channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
Audience Research
Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience’s needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailor content accordingly.
SEO Optimization
Optimize written content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to the organization’s digital properties.
Brand Consistency
Ensure all content adheres to the brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging principles.
Content Distribution
Collaborate with the team to develop distribution plans for content across relevant channels and platforms.
Performance Tracking
Monitor the performance of content using analytics tools and metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Content Governance
Establish processes and workflows for content creation, review, approval, and publishing to ensure consistency and quality.
Stay Updated
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and incorporate them into strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in a strategic or marketing-focused role in Digital agency.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong understanding of content marketing principles, including SEO, audience segmentation, and buyer personas.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
