Job Description
DTC & Logistics Tech Lead – Key Skills (Shortlist Criteria)
Functional
Strong understanding of end-to-end DTC order lifecycle (Order → Fulfillment → Shipping → Returns → Refunds)
Experience with omnichannel / multi-channel commerce (eCommerce, marketplaces, retail, POS)
Knowledge of order sourcing & allocation (inventory visibility, routing, OMS/DOM logic)
Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) including pricing, invoicing, and financial flows
Solid knowledge of warehouse & logistics operations (WMS, DC processes, returns/RRO)
Understanding of B2B processes (EDI, ASN, bulk fulfillment, retailer compliance)
Technical (Solution & Delivery Focused)
Strong understanding of OMS/DOM and WMS capabilities and workflows (not coding, but solution-level)
Experience managing end-to-end solutions across OMS–WMS–TMS–ERP ecosystems
Solid knowledge of system integrations (APIs, events, middleware) and data flows
Experience working with eCOM, ERP, Salesforce in integrated environments
Ability to define functional and technical designs, review solutions, and guide implementation teams
Delivery & Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery for OMS and WMS initiatives
Own solution design, requirement clarity, and functional alignment
Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams
Drive UAT, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-system impacts
Must Have
Experience in end-to-end DTC ecosystem (including omnichannel & order sourcing)
Experience leading OMS/WMS implementations or transformation programs
Ability to connect business processes with system solutions and delivery execution
Good to Have
Experience with automation
Exposure to global logistics and multi-region operations
