Own end-to-end execution of new Suta store openings from signed agreements to launch.
Responsibilities
End-to-end store launch ownership from sign-off to handover
Vendor and partner management for fit-outs and installations
Design and brand compliance across all locations
Cost, budget, and commercial control
Cross-functional coordination with founders, franchise partners, and teams
Risk management and issue resolution
Requirements
5–8 years in retail project management, store rollout, or expansion
Strong exposure to multi-city/pan-India store openings
Deep understanding of retail fit-outs, vendor management, and commercial negotiations
Highly organized, execution-focused, comfortable in fast-growth environments
Willingness to travel extensively
