Job Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and others.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient ad spend.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies for future campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of experience in paid advertising (or relevant internships for junior roles).
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
