About Nao Medical
Nao Medical is a modern healthcare provider serving communities across New York with primary care, urgent care, occupational health, and wellness services. We combine tech-forward solutions with compassionate, accessible care for our patients and streamlined corporate health services for our B2B partners.

Position Overview
Nao Medical is hiring an IT Manager to serve as the technical backbone of our AI-first operations. This role is designed for a “smart and excellent” leader who can architect internal infrastructure that is as innovative as the solutions we provide. You will ensure our team has the cutting-edge tools, robust security, and automated workflows required to maintain peak efficiency across our digital ecosystem and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms.

Every role at Nao Medical is AI-forward. We expect candidates to use AI in daily workflows across infrastructure monitoring, security auditing, automation scripting, and technical support. AI usage is a core execution requirement, not optional tooling.
