About MS Clinical Research Pvt Ltd
At MSCR, we understand the dynamic and ever-evolving world of beauty, wellness, and healthcare, along with the unique dimensions of the diverse global consumer. We are a 360° service institute for preclinical and clinical studies, with a strong focus on testing tolerability and investigating the efficacy of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, consumer products, and more.
Our team of skilled scientists, experts, and qualified researchers is driven to deliver high-performance data and advanced R&D solutions that help products reach completion, all while meeting worldwide standards for compliance and quality.
Role Overview
MSCR runs several in-house software platforms that support different departments across the organization. We are looking for a developer to join our technology team to enhance these systems, build new tools for internal teams, and bring AI into everyday clinical research workflows.
You will work closely with clinical researchers, data teams, and operations teams, taking a rough idea and turning it into a working, reliable, and secure tool. We value speed, clean engineering, and the ability to build things people actually enjoy using.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain the internal platforms used across departments
Take rough ideas from teams and turn them into complete, working features, from a quick prototype to a production-ready release
Design and build new applications, dashboards, and automation tools based on departmental needs
Build multi-step workflows that handle states, validations, edge cases, and clear empty and error states
Integrate AI/ML capabilities, such as data validation, anomaly detection, document processing, and reporting assistance, into clinical data workflows and research tools
Use AI-assisted development tools to explore, build, and iterate faster
Work with clinical researchers, data managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance (such as GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data privacy requirements) across all platforms
Build and maintain APIs and integrations between internal systems
Support the automation of clinical trial data collection, monitoring, and reporting
Troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and document systems and processes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal research technology systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or post-graduate in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in Python, Java, or full-stack web development
Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API development
Ability to build responsive interfaces that work well on desktop and mobile
A modular mindset: you build reusable components and clean structures rather than one-off code
Speed and ownership: you can consistently get a working prototype in front of users quickly, then refine it
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
Takes feedback well and iterates without ego
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
A portfolio of work: GitHub, personal projects, or live demos
Good to Have
Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based tools and frameworks
Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring Boot, React, Next.js, or similar)
Familiarity with our stack: Vercel, Supabase, and Claude
Comfort with HTML/CSS and working from design files (e.g., Figma)
Basic usability thinking, so what you build is intuitive for non-technical users
Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic cloud or deployment practices
Interest in or exposure to Healthcare IT, Clinical Research, or Life Sciences
Awareness of data security and audit-trail principles
Who Should Apply
Freshers with strong technical aptitude and a passion for healthcare technology are encouraged to apply. We value curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn the clinical research domain over years of experience. Please share your GitHub, portfolio, or project links with your application.
What You’ll Gain
Hands-on experience building real, production-used software in a clinical research environment
Exposure to regulated-data workflows and compliance standards
Opportunity to work on multiple projects across departments and apply AI where it makes a genuine difference
Close collaboration with scientists, researchers, and domain experts
