Job Description
The project:
This role plays a key role in accelerating Mace Consult’s digital growth agenda through data-driven demand generation, marketing automation and conversion optimisation.
Responsible for maximising the commercial value of Mace Consult’s digital ecosystem, with a particular focus on HubSpot, lead generation, customer journeys and marketing performance.
Works closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to translate strategic priorities into scalable growth programmes that increase engagement, improve conversion rates and support pipeline creation across global markets.
You’ll be responsible for:
HubSpot Product Owner
Owns the day-to-day administration, optimisation and governance of HubSpot.
This role would require minimum 5 years of experience in HubSpot.
Designs and manages lead scoring models, workflows, automation and nurture programmes.
Develops audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement.
Continuously improves data quality, reporting and marketing automation effectiveness.
Identifies opportunities to increase adoption and business value from HubSpot.
Demand Generation
Develops and executes digital demand generation campaigns aligned to business priorities.
Partners with business partners and marketing teams to support sector, service line and account-based marketing initiatives.
Implements multi-channel nurturing programmes that move audiences through the customer journey.
Supports campaign planning, execution and optimisation to maximise lead generation outcomes.
Digital Analytics and Insight.
Develops reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
Provides actionable insight into campaign performance, lead generation and customer behaviour.
Tracks and reports on key growth metrics and makes evidence-based recommendations to improve performance.
AI and Marketing Automation
Leverages AI-enabled tools to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.
Identifies opportunities to automate repetitive activities and enhance customer experiences.
Introduces new approaches that improve campaign execution, insight generation and lead management.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience in the relevant field.
