Responsibilities & Duties:
Understanding business and technology needs.
Helping people to use our products. Troubleshooting, investigating and solving Customer Pain Points & Business Cases.
Building a community of support by sharing knowledge and helping team members around the world. Ability to analyze and understand a problem from the customer’s point of view.
Take the role of a consultant in evaluating customer’s requirements and map it to a product feature. Coordinate developers to build and improve the Product based on the Customer’s business needs. Industry-level satisfaction rate in resolving all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role.
Excellent communication skills.
Extremely good at providing a business solution with good analytical and problem-solving ability. Self-motivating and interested in having in-depth product knowledge.
Required Experience:
Customer Happiness & Business Analyst – 1 to 3 Years.
Senior Customer Happiness & Business Analyst – 3 to 5 Years.
Lead Happiness & Business Analyst – 5+ Years.
Digital Marketing Executive
Creative Content Writer
Content Creator – Voice Over & Presentation
UI / UX Designer
Product Manager
