Job Title: Motion Designer
Experience: 3 – 4 Years
Location: Pune
About the Role
We are looking for a Motion Designer who can independently create high-quality video content across product demo, SaaS, enterprise, leadership, and social communication.
Key Responsibilities
Create product demo and SaaS videos showcasing features, workflows, and use cases
Develop explainer and service videos for complex technology and business concepts
Edit interviews, leadership videos, and enterprise communications
Create motion graphics, typography animation, transitions, screen animations, and visual effect
Integrate sound effects, music, voiceovers, and audio into videos
Work with graphic designers and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across all video content
Required Skills
Must Have
3 – 4 years of professional experience in Motion Design / Video Editing
Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Strong understanding of motion principles, typography, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling
Working knowledge of sound design, audio editing, music, voiceovers, and sound effects
Good to Have
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Experience with screen recording and product walkthroughs
Experience creating videos for B2B, SaaS, or technology brands
Portfolio
Portfolio: Mandatory
The portfolio should demonstrate variety, strong motion, clean editing, visual storytelling, and sound integration across relevant video formats.
