Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance on utilizing marketing platforms effectively.
Implement and configure marketing automation tools based on clients’ requirements and objectives.
Analyze data and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and optimize strategies.
Project manage platform implementations, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with marketing automation platforms like Braze, Iterable, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams effectively.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
