Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement new user-facing features using React.js and related technologies.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into scalable UI solutions.
Write clean, reusable, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable frontend code.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices; actively suggest improvements.
Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications for better performance and usability.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers on React.js and modern frontend development practices.
Contribute to the overall architecture and design discussions from a frontend perspective.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
4–8 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Proven expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript.
Strong experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL and experience integrating frontend with backend services.
Understanding of frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, Vite.
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Experience in optimizing frontend performance and implementing responsive design.
Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Docker/Kubernetes (basic exposure).
Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Bonus Points
Experience working with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.
Exposure to micro-frontend architecture.
Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA).
Prior experience in building high-performance, large-scale web applications.
Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or strong presence on developer communities like StackOverflow.
