Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective strategies to achieve company goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and market reach.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and drive satisfaction.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
