Responsibilities
Plan and optimize email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns
Analyze customer data for targeted segmentation
Assist in developing and managing customer loyalty initiatives
Track campaign metrics and provide optimization insights
Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams
Requirements
1–3 years in email/retention marketing, e-commerce preferred
Proficiency with Klaviyo, Contlo, or similar CRM/email platforms
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics preferred
