Description:Management/Engineering degree (MBA/B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline), technical foundation is essential Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal — ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences Structured thinking and strong analytical ability, you break problems down systematically Collaborative by nature, comfortable working across teams with different priorities and perspectives High ownership mindset, you follow through, not just follow up Internship, project, or freelance experience with a tech product, SaaS platform, or startup Familiarity with product tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Notion, or similar Exposure to AI/ML, data labelling, or enterprise software concepts Experience conducting any form of market or competitive research, even academic Comfort with presenting, public speaking, or client-facing communication
