Role Responsibilities

As an Information Developer, your focus will be developing and publishing product information to modern Help Centers. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Sweden, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Plan, coordinate, and publish product information for Help Center releases.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
Ensure release information is clear, accurate, and delivered on time.
Build understanding of how software changes affect business and technical users.
Contribute to a consistent and high-quality release experience for customers.
We expect you to have:

Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and structured way of working.
Genuine interest in communication, software, and process-oriented work.
Ability to learn quickly and follow defined procedures with accuracy.
Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset.
Curiousity to understand complex products and turn technical input into useful customer-facing information.
Education Qualification: Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
It would be great if you

Internship or early professional experience in software, product documentation, or business/technical analysis.
Exposure to agile ways of working.
Interest in financial markets.
Experience with structured content, XML-based authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Jira, or similar tools.
