About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technology-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence in the EPC, water and wastewater sector.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in digital marketing, AI-powered marketing tools, graphic design, photo & video editing, content creation, SEO and lead generation.

? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

• Manage website, SEO and digital content

• Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms

• Design brochures, banners, presentations and advertisements

• Edit photos and videos for project showcases and campaigns

• Use AI tools to create marketing content, graphics, videos and campaign ideas

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters

• Track website traffic, campaign performance and digital analytics

• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Business Development teams

• Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms

• Generate leads through digital marketing initiatives

? Required Skills

✅ Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM & Social Media Marketing

✅ Google Analytics & Digital Analytics

✅ AI tools – ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Copilot, etc.

✅ Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom

✅ Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva & Figma

✅ WordPress / CMS

✅ Mailchimp / Brevo

✅ Copywriting & Content Development

✅ Photo & Video Editing

✅ Lead Generation & Marketing Performance Reporting

⭐ Preferred

• Experience in EPC, Water Treatment, Wastewater, MEP, Infrastructure or Industrial Engineering

• Wastewater treatment industry experience is an advantage

• Engineering background preferred

• Candidates based in Chennai preferred

• Excellent communication skills
