Job Description
Key Duties:
Client Relationship Management:Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to current clients.
Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and addressing their needs.
Business Development:
Utilise a strategic approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Recommend different product options to clients based on their needs and market trends.
Communication and Sales:
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our products and services.
Engage in persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.
Strategic Planning and Recommendations:
Meet regularly with the management team to discuss business development strategies and goals.
Provide recommendations for improvements in products, services, and business processes.
Team Collaboration:
Develop effective communication platforms for both clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years
Proven experience and track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
